Returns, refunds and your right to cancel
You have important legal rights under UK consumer law. The summary below is not exhaustive:
- For most online purchases you have a 14‑day cooling‑off period from the day after you receive the goods to tell us you wish to cancel, then another 14 days to return them.
- We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using your original payment method.

- Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging (where possible).
