2. Orders and contract
- By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally capable of entering into a contract.
- Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you an order confirmation and take payment.
- We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable, pricing is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud). In that case we will refund any amounts paid.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable.
- We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect confirmed orders.
- Payment is taken securely at checkout via WooPayments (which may use card and other methods). Title to the goods passes to you once full payment is received.
4. Products, artwork and availability
- We take care to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours and details may vary slightly from your screen.
- Original artworks are usually one‑off pieces; once sold, they are no longer available.
- We reserve the right to withdraw or change products at any time.
5. Delivery
- We deliver to the UK and aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. These times are estimates only.
- Delivery charges and options are shown before you confirm your order.
- Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the delivery address provided.
6. Returns, refunds and your right to cancel
Our Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms and sets out your cancellation, returns and refund rights.
7. Faulty or damaged items
- If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us as soon as possible with photos if you can.
- Depending on the issue and the time since purchase we may offer a repair, replacement or refund, in accordance with your legal rights.
8. Complaints and contacting us
If you have a complaint or any concern about our products or service, please email sales@rebekahsart.com with your order number and details. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and will try to resolve matters informally in the first instance.
9. Accounts and acceptable use
- You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activities under your account.
- You must not use our site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or upload anything that is harmful, offensive or infringes others’ rights. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

All images, text and artwork on this site are owned by or licensed to Rebekah Rose Creations and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use them without our prior written permission, other than for personal, non‑commercial viewing of the site.
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under law.
Subject to that:
- We are not liable for any loss of profits, business, or any indirect or consequential loss.
- Our total liability in relation to any order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant products.
